Ingredients For Capsicum aloo sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To Make subji add oil in a Kadhai then add jeera let it splutter add turmeric powder, hing, onions,ginger garlic paste and pinch of salt and cook well.
  • 2. Now add capsicum and cook till half done once done add all the masala with a sprinkle of water and cook for a minute, to this add mashed salted aloo and mix well and keep aside.
  • 3. Next step take bread spread, mayonnaise and sauce, place the subji then over it another bread and grill it with ghee on it. Let it become crisp and brown.
