Ingredients For Caramel Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat sugar with some amount water in a stainless steel mould, until sugar melts and caramelize.
  • 2. Coat the mould with caramel nicely.
  • 3. Put the pressure cooker in a medium flame , add some water.
  • 4. Put a container and milkmaid, water , egg abd vanilla essence , mix it nicely to make a smooth mixture.
  • 5. Add the mixture in the mould and put it in cooker for 30 minutes in low flame by covering it through aluminium foil.
  • 6. Allow the mould to cool , after that unmould it into a dish and serve.
