Caramelized Popcorn and vanilla Ice cream with a hint of Red wine Recipe

In this recipe, I have dressed the popcorn in some homemade caramel, which I have actually used as a base, along with some apricot jam for serving vanilla ice cream, with a hint of red wine in it, and have topped with caramel swirls.

How to make Caramelized Popcorn and vanilla Ice cream with a hint of Red wine Recipe

1. First, take a heavy bottom pan, pour in sugar, and let it caramelise. As it caramelises, add in the butter and cream, and mix. Remove it from the heat.
2. Now add in the popcorn and combine them well.
3. Now take a cocktail glass, and add a tablespoon of apricot jam, followed by some caramelised popcorn, then add in the scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzle some red wine over it. Again, place one or two caramelised popcorn.
4. For garnishing, place some caramel swirls.
