Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter in a pan add cashew nuts and fry it.
  • 2. Whisk the curd.
  • 3. Add black salt,sugar and fried cashew nuts into the curd and mix it well.
  • 4. Heat clarified butter in a pan add mustard seeds,chopped green chilly and curry leaves and let it splutter add in the cashew nut raita.
  • 5. Garnish with fried cashew nuts serve chilled.
