Ingredients For Chana Dal Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash chana dal and soaked it in water for 5-6 hours or if you are making it in morning so soaked it over night
  • 2. Take bowl add flour ,1/2 salt and mix it well. Add water and knead dough like regular chapati dough. Keep on rest
  • 3. Keep kadai on medium flame add oil. Let it get warm. Add cumin seeds and onion, mix it, fry till get golden
  • 4. Now add green chillies and kari patta and hing mix it well.
  • 5. Now add soaked chana dal and mix it.add salt as per taste.add 1 cup water and cover it.
  • 6. 1st 5 min on medium flame now on slow flame cook it for 10 min
  • 7. Make sure chana dal soaking all over water.it should be dry and well cooked dal.
  • 8. Check out dal get cooked or not.now off the flame add chopped coriander leaves and mix it.let it get cool
  • 9. Now add dal in mixi jar and grinned it nicely.
  • 10. Now take dough divide into equal portion make balls of them.take 1 ball deep ball in dry flour and make katori of it.add 2 spoon dal mixture or as much u want and seal it again like ball
  • 11. Spread some flour on board and deep ball in dry flour and spread with hand 1 st.then slowly slowly roll itfrom corner to centre
  • 12. Keep tawa on medium flame bake pratha from both side by applying ghee
  • 13. Get golden from both side.make all parathas same like that.
  • 14. Serve hot with curd.achar or tea
