Ingredients For Channa Dal Poori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take a pressure cooker add channa dal give 1 whistle switch off the gas and drain the dal from water keep the mixture will dry
  • 2. Now when dal is dry add the mixture in the mixi add ginger garlic and churn in mixi add salt,red chilli powder mix all the ingredients yogether
  • 3. Now take a wheat dough make a ball out of it add fill the channa dal mixture in to it make a stuffed mixture to be closed and deep fry the poori
