Today I made Ramdan iftari snacks which I called "chatpata aloo roll" I though rather than making aloo samosa I should go for this and tried this.it become so yummi.I have made it some new way.very easy and tasty.u can make it for evening sancks.my kids loved it.

As I am packing it by applying paste u can just apply toothpick so roll will not get open while frying.if u don't have oven so u can bake it on tawa 3-4 min each side.

Methods
  • 1. Take potato peel off, cut in to long shape.
  • 2. In 1 potato you should divide it in 6 portion.
  • 3. Now take bowl, add potatoes,salt, kasuri meti, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,curd , ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • 4. Keep in refrigerator for marination, till will make dough.
  • 5. Take bowl add flour, salt ,black seeds, ajwain and 1 spoon oil.
  • 6. Mix it well now add water and make a dough just like puri dough. Cover it for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Now take out potato mixture. Brush 1 spoon oil on baking try. Put 1 by 1 pieces of potato and bake it for 5 minutes on 180 degree from both side.
  • 8. Now take a dough divide in 5 equal size make ball of it.
  • 9. Take 1 small bowl add 1 spoon flour add water and make thick paste of it.
  • 10. Now take 1 ball of dough.flatten it 6-7 inch.cut it from side and make square shape.
  • 11. Now divide it in long shape in 2 portion.
  • 12. Take 1 divided portion keep 1 piece of potato in starting roll it till the end.
  • 13. And pack it applying thick paste of flour, make all rolls like that.
  • 14. Now heat kadai add oil for deep fry, on medium flame fry all the rolls till it gets golden.
  • 15. Serve with tomato ketchup.
