Ingredients For CHEESE PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, boiled and mashed potato, salt, carom seeds, onion seeds, spring onion 2 tbsp, coriander leaves, green chilly and clarified butter and mix well.
  • 2. Make a soft dough with the help of little water.
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Grate the cheese and add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 5. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 6. Divide the dough into balls.
  • 7. Stuff the filling into the dough and roll out paratha.
  • 8. Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame.
  • 9. Place the paratha and grease clarified butter in both side.
  • 10. Serve hot.
