Ingredients For CHESTNUT FLOUR BURFI/SINGHARA ATTA KI BURFI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter in a pan.
  • 2. Add chestnut flour in a low flame till it turns brown and gives out the fragrance.
  • 3. Heat sugar and milk in a pan,keep it medium flame for 10 minutes.
  • 4. When it gets sticky means syrup is ready.
  • 5. Add roasted chestnut flour and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • 6. Add crushed cashew nuts and raisins and mix well.
  • 7. Grease a plate and pour the mixture.
  • 8. Garnish with cashew nuts and cut into diamond shape.
