Ingredients For Chhole Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend boiled chole, onion, garlic, spices and bread slices in a mixer.
  • 2. If mixture doesn't bind well, add more bread slice. Mould mixture in the desired shape.
  • 3. Dust it with little gram flour/besan or any other flour available. Take small portion and mould it in desired shape.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan. When oil gets heated, place the tikkis in it.
  • 5. Fry on medium flame until tikkis turn golden brown.
  • 6. Place tikki on serving plate. Add chole evenly on it & serve immediately.
  • 7. Note: You can coat tikki in bread crumbs as well.
