Ingredients For Chia seeds Popcorn Kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water for 20 minutes.
  • 2. Boil milk properly. When the quantity of the milk becomes half , add chia seeds, cashew nuts, salt a pinch & liquid jaggery.
  • 3. Cook it for 5 minutes. Finally add popcorn. Cook for 2 more minutes & switch off the flame.
  • 4. Make it cool & then keep it in fridge for half an hour.
  • 5. Just before serving topping the keer with some popcorns.
