Ingredients For Chicken Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add flour ,salt, carom seeds & 1/4cup oil. Rub the flour with your palm till the oil Incorporated in all the flour.
  • 2. Once it is Incorporated, the mixture resembles crumbs.
  • 3. Now start adding chilled water to make a hard dough.
  • 4. Don't over knead the dough & don't try to make soft dough. Just need to mix all ingredients & form like dough.
  • 5. Cover it with a wet muslim cloth & keep rest for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Now start to make stuffing.
  • 7. Heat 3tbspn oil in a pan. Add chopped onion & ginger garlic paste. Saute it for few minutes.
  • 8. Add chicken mince, salt & all spices. Cook it till boil the chicken.
  • 9. Add chopped coriander leaves, mix it well & switch off the flame.
  • 10. Now take small portion from dough, roll it slightly thick & oval shaped.
  • 11. Then cut it into two pieces.
  • 12. Take one half ,apply water on edges & join it.
  • 13. Make a shape of cone. Put 2tbspn chicken mixture in it & again apply little water on top of the edges & seal it well.
  • 14. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the samosas in low to medium flame till it turn crispy.
  • 15. Enjoy it with tea or coffee.
