Methods
  • 1. Mix besan, water, salt and ginger chilli paste to a smooth batter and leave aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and saute all other ingredients left. Let it cool.
  • 3. Make chilla on tawa as we prepare regularly. Stack them one above the other so that they don't harden up.
  • 4. Now place a large spoonful of stuffing on each chilla and Close it giving a shape of potli(bag) and secure with a toothpick.
  • 5. Serve immediately with ketchup.
