Ingredients For CHILLY CHICKEN RICE Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan put rice and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
  • 2. Add 2 cup of water ,once boiled the water cover the lid and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.
  • 3. Rice is ready.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan
  • 5. Add garlic cloves and cook till brown.
  • 6. Add chicken pieces and stir fry in a high flame for 4 - 5 mins.
  • 7. Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • 8. Add sweet chilly sauce and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins.
  • 9. Add cooked rice and grated cheese and toss it.
  • 10. Switch off the gas
  • 11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
