Ingredients For CHILLY PANEER WITH FRIED RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. For chilly paneer Take a mixing bowl marinate paneer pieces with soy sauce ,vinegar,1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste,a pinch pepper powder,kashmiri mirch powder and salt.
  • 2. Keep it one hour.
  • 3. After one hour heat oil in a pan and fry paneer pieces.
  • 4. Strain and keep aside.
  • 5. Take a bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour,1/2 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar chilly sauce,. a pinch black pepper powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  • 6. In another pan heat 2 tbsp oil.
  • 7. Add onion,ginger garlic paste and capsicum and mix well.
  • 8. Add fried paneer pieces and salt and also add corn flour solutions.
  • 9. Add water and green chilly and mix well.
  • 10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with fried rice.
  • 11. For fried rice: Take one cup rice and two cup water in a pan and once boiled keep it in a low flame and cover it after ten minutes rice is fully done and turn off the flame.
  • 12. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 13. Add ginger garlic and whole red chilly and saute for one minutes.
  • 14. Add all the veggies and saute for two to three minutes.
  • 15. Add boiled rice,salt and black pepper and toss it.
  • 16. Serve hot with paneer chilly.
