Chinese katori chat recipe

In Ramdan for iftari we make lots of things.if u all see we made chat or ragada as well.something which is chatpata.so here I thought to make something different this year.i made fusion of Chinese and Indian katori chat and it come out fabulous.its a nonveg chat by the way.it tastes so amazing.lets make it.i hope u all wil love this indo-chinese fusion.

Not necessary to keep dough for rest.egg is option if u want to avoid eggs u can.if u will not make holes all over flatten dough base so while frying katori from center side of katori it wil become puff.not correct katori will come out.

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add flour, 1/4 spoon salt and 2 spoon hot oil.mix it well.
  • 2. knead a dough with the help of water
  • 3. Divide dough in 4 equal portion, and make balls of it.
  • 4. Take 1 ball , flat it for 4 inches arround, prick with the toothpick all over the flatten base.take small steel katori.apply flatten dough on it.just cover it on katori
  • 5. Dough will automatically become katori shope.cut out extra shape from innner side of katori
  • 6. Now keep kadai on high flame.add oil for deep frying.now put katori in oil, after 20-25 sec katori will leave dough.
  • 7. Take out steel katori from oil and ur dough katori is ready , fry it from both side till get crispy
  • 8. Make all the katories with the same manner keep it side
  • 9. Now put pot with 2 cup of water, add 1 spoon salt and let get bubbles come out
  • 10. Now add hakka noodles and boil it for 4-5 minutes do nott over cook
  • 11. Drain water from noodles and now wash noodles in cool water
  • 12. Drain all water from it.now keep same kadai on medium flame add 1 spoon oil spread it over all
  • 13. Now crack eggs in kadai and add 1/4 spoon salt and mix it.it will become some how omlet pices
  • 14. Take out from kadai now again put kadai on medium flame
  • 15. Add 2 spoon oil.add cabbage,carrot and cook it for 2-3 min
  • 16. Now add noodles,soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce,shezwan chutney and toss it
  • 17. Now add omlet pieces and sprinkle Black pepper powder, again toss it for 2-3 minutes now add some spring onion and mix it
  • 18. So here we are going to assemble all the things
  • 19. Take katori add hakka noodles now great some cheese on it.spread some tomato sauce and shezwan chutney as per your taste
