Ingredients For Chinese Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of flour, salt, 1 tsp oil & required hot water.Cover it & keep rest for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat 1 tsp oil & fry chopped onion for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • 3. Add chopped spring onion, green chilli paste, salt, red chilli powder & all sauces.Saute it for few minutes.
  • 4. Finally add boiled, mashed potatoes & mix it well.
  • 5. Now take some portion from dough & roll it like roti.
  • 6. Spread potato mixture evenly on the roti.Then fold it & cut it into pieces.
  • 7. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it in medium flame till crisp.
  • 8. Serve it hot with any of your favourite dip sauce.
