Methods
  • 1. Crush the biscuits to fine powder and add molten butter. For making custard add water to custard powder and create a concentrate.
  • 2. Pour the concentrate in warm milk and continue stirring till it mixes evenly till it forms thick custard. Allow the custard to cool.
  • 3. Take a transparent glass and add crushed biscuit and butter to form a layer at the bottom. Crush the sponge cake into small pieces and place it over the biscuit layer to form the second layer.
  • 4. Dice the apples and place it over the sponge cake layer to form the fruit layer. Carefully pour the thickened custard over the fruit to form the custard layer.
  • 5. Repeat the process again starting from biscuit layer to custard layer. Put a cherry on top and keep in refrigerator for some time.
  • 6. Choco strawberry tuffle is ready to serve.
