Methods

How to make CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH CHOCO CHIPS RECIPE

1. Boil one and 1/4 ltr milk on the gas.
2. When it boiled switch off the gas.
3. Add vinegar and cover the milk.
4. After few minutes milk is fully curdled.
5. Strain the paneer / cottage cheese.
6. Sieve all purpose flour / maida,cocoa powder,baking powder and salt together.
7. Take a mixing bowl add sugar,cooking oil, 1/2 cup milkand cottage cheese / paneer mix until creamy and fluffy.
8. Add vanilla essence,choco chips and all purpose flour.
9. Make a smooth batter.
10. Pre heat oven to 180. c.
11. Grease and flour a 9 inches round baking cake pans.
12. Pour the batter into dish.
13. Add choco chips on the top of the cake
14. Bake for 45 minutes in the pre heated oven.
15. Now the delicious chocolate brownies choco chips is ready.
