Methods

How to make Chocolate Sponge Recipe

1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree for 10 min.
2. Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy then, add oil and beat again.
3. In another bowl mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and cocoa powder).
4. Now add all dry ingredients in eggs mix and fold by cut and fold method.
5. Pour the cake mixture in cake mould and bake it at 160 degree C for 20-25 min.
6. Remove from the oven and cool it on cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.
