1.
Make two different coloured dough of flour, by adding semolina, salt, cumin powder, ghee, pav bhaji masala ,chaat masala , required water & food colour (red or green).

Now make two different colour roti & cut it into square shape. One colour should be smaller than other so that the flower can show very nicely.
3.
Keep one sheet over other sheet & cut four sides from the centre.
4.
Now fold corners & make petal shape of flower.
5.
First make it in upper sheet & then follow the lower sheet. Seal it properly.
6.
Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the nimki in medium flame till it turns golden brown.
7.
Sprinkle chaat masala & chilli flakes on it & serve.
