Methods
  • 1. Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
  • 2. Add 1 tbsp onion and saute for one minutes.
  • 3. Add carrot,capsicum,green chilly and mix well.
  • 4. Now add salt and soy sauce and turn off the flame.
  • 5. Now again heat one tbsp oil in a pan.
  • 6. Add one tbsp oil and saute for one minutes,
  • 7. Add boiled and mashed potato,coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  • 8. Saute for 2 - 3 minutes on a low flame.
  • 9. Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  • 10. Take one chapati spread carrot and capsicum mixture and cover with other chapati.
  • 11. Now spread grated cheese and cover with other chapati.
  • 12. Now spread boiled and mashed potato mixture and cover with chapati.
  • 13. Grease the pan with butter and place the stuffed chapati.
  • 14. Applying butter both the sides,cook on a low flame till crispy.
  • 15. Cut into four pieces.
  • 16. Serve hot with sauce.
