Ingredients For Coconut Swiss Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a parle-G biscuits,milk,butter,powdered sugar, coffee, coconut powder, cocoa powder.
  • 2. Grind the biscuits in mixer.
  • 3. Add biscuits powder, sugar, cocoa powder, butter, coffee. Mix well.
  • 4. Take coconut powder add butter, sugar and milk, mix well.
  • 5. Add milk and make dough.
  • 6. Grease the foil paper.
  • 7. Roll the dough on it.
  • 8. Spread the coconut powder on it.
  • 9. Roll it tightly
  • 10. Wrap the roll with foil paper. Keep in freezer for 1 hour.
  • 11. After 1 hour our roll is ready.
  • 12. Cut the pieces.
  • 13. Our Swiss roll is ready to serve.
