Ingredients For COCONUT WATER PUDDING RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut china grass in to small pieces and soak it in to 1/2 cup of water for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Add sugar in to coconut water and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  • 3. Boil water in a pan.
  • 4. Drained china grass and soak in boiling water till iit melts completely.
  • 5. Add melted china grass to the tender coconut water.
  • 6. Stir well.
  • 7. Strain it and add flesh of tender coconut strips in to it.
  • 8. Set this mixture in a pudding mould.
  • 9. Keep it in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
