Ingredients For Cooked Rice Pakoda Recipe !!

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl mix all the above ingredients except water and oil for frying.
  • 2. Add red chilli powder dhania jeera powder and salt according to your taste. Mix well.
  • 3. Then gradually add water as required to make thick batter like moong pakoda batter.
  • 4. Heat up the oil in a deep kadhai and deep fry pakoda till it turns golden brown.
  • 5. Serve hot with tamarind dates chutney and fried green chillies.
