Methods
  • 1. Take a blender add bread pieces to make a bread crumbs.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute 2 - 3 minutes now add carrot and capsicum and saute for few minutes.
  • 3. Add chilly flax and salt and mix well.
  • 4. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato,sweet corn,bread crumbs,ginger garlic paste,and fried carrot and capsicum and salt and mix well.
  • 5. Make a dough,and divide the dough into balls.
  • 6. Make a flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 7. Take a corn flour and half cup of water and make a thick batter.
  • 8. Dip the corn cutlet into batter and coat with bread crumbs,repeat eat for two time.
  • 9. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until brown and crispy,serve hot.
