Ingredients For Crispy Masala Ragi Idli Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, add ragi flour, semolina, curd, salt & cumin powder. Mix it well & add water to make a batter. Cover it & keep rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. After 10 minutes, add baking soda to the batter.Add little water also to make the proper idli consistency.
  • 3. Grease idli mould with oil & pour 2tbspn batter in it. Microwave it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 4. Then take out from micro oven, make it cool & cut it into pieces.
  • 5. Heat oil & deep fry the idli pieces.
  • 6. Heat 1tbspn oil in another pan. Add chopped onion & spring onion. Add salt & all sauces. Saute it for 2 minutes & then toss it in high for few more minutes.
  • 7. Add fried idlis & toss it again.
  • 8. Sprinkle chopped spring onion & switch off the flame.
  • 9. Serve it immediately.
