Ingredients For Cucumber Millet Boats Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add garlic and sauté till it changes colour.
  • 2. Add chopped onions and sauté till it turns translucent.
  • 3. Add chopped bell peppers and sauté for a minute.
  • 4. Add boiled little millet, salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder and chaat masala.
  • 5. Mix well and add lemon juice. Remove from the flame.
  • 6. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and keep it aside.
  • 7. Take cucumber and cut it horizontally. Scoop out seeds and pulp.
  • 8. Add millet mixtute and garnish with pumpkin seeds.
  • 9. Serve cold.
