Ingredients For Curd Vermicelli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First heat oil in Kadhai add mustard seeds, chana daal, urad dhal, green chilli, curry leaves, and grated ginger and water, let it come to a boil once comes to a boil add roasted vermicelli and salt as per taste and cook well. Then after it cools add curd and mix well. Garnish with coriander leave and mix well serve with curd chilli.
