Ingredients For DAHI PANEER KI SUBJI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add curd and all purpose flour and mix well.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Add cumin seeds,rai,black salt,fennel seeds,methi dana,onion seeds and as asafoetida to crackle.
  • 4. Add onion and saute until golden brown.
  • 5. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and black salt and mix well.
  • 6. Now add curd and salt and stir continuously.
  • 7. Add paneer cubes and salt and cook for five minutes.
  • 8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
