Ingredients For Dahi Waala Chicken Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the chicken pieces and make slight cuts in it for marination
  • 2. Add Curd, Garlic, ginger and salt in it.
  • 3. Leave the marination for 15-20 min.
  • 4. While the chicken gets marinated prepare Bell peppers, capsicum and spring onions.
  • 5. After 15 min of Chicken being marinated then take a deep dish pan, add Olive oil and add the chicken and cover it with a lid on medium flame.
  • 6. After 5-7 minutes you will start seeing the chicken will start getting to cook.
  • 7. Cover the chicken and Leave it on low flame then after another 7 minutes add the bell peppers, capsicum and spring onions and black pepper powder in it.
  • 8. Check salt in case its less add more and mix it well and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 9. Your chicken is ready to eat.
