Ingredients For Dalgona Chocolate Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take bowl add purpose flour,cocoa powder and mix it well.
  • 2. Add oil mix it now add sugar and milk mix it nicely. Make batter of it.
  • 3. Now add vanilla essence and mix it. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 200 degree.
  • 4. Brush the cake mould with oil. Now add eno in batter mix it quickly and pour into mould.
  • 5. Tap the mould for 2-3 times now keep it in oven and bake it for 30 minutes on 180 degree.
  • 6. After baking cake keep it out from oven and let it get cool down till that make Dalgona cream.
  • 7. Take bowl add coffee powder sugar and hot water whisk it for 10 minutes and it will become creamy.
  • 8. Now take cake cut out top layer and apply Dalgona cream on it properly.
  • 9. Melt chocolate and add into plastic bag make a cone and cut out from bottom so chocolate can come out.
  • 10. Now decorate the way you want by melted chocolate.
  • 11. Your super spongy chocolatey cake is ready to serve.
