These Date Rolls are soft chewy rolls with crunchy nuts with no added sugar are very easy to make,. No cooking is required which can be served as a dessert and are best for winters.
1.
Roast nuts for 2 to 3 minutes, keep aside to cool and then roughly chop. Roast poppy seeds for 1 minute, remove in a plate and keep aside.

Remove seeds from dates and make a paste of it by using mixer grinder or alternatively you can easily smash them with hands.

Take dates in a mixing bowl and add roughly chopped roasted nuts to it. Mix well. Grease hands with little ghee and make cylindrical shape long roll. Smoothen roll in a plate.
4.
Coat the roll properly with poppy seeds and keep the roll in refrigerator to set for at least an hour.
5.
Remove from refrigerator and cut in 1/2 inch slices.
6.
Healthy, delicious Date Rolls are ready to serve.
