Ingredients For Desi Daal Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the Dal with enough water for at least 1hour.Then add salt, green chilli & make a paste of it without water.
  • 2. Add wheat flour & mix it well.
  • 3. Add eno & 2 or 3 tbsp water. Make a thick batter of it.
  • 4. Now brush butter on a hot tawa & pour one ladle full of batter.
  • 5. Make the flame low, cover it & let it cook the bottom. If will take 5 to 7 minutes. Then flip it & cook the other side also.
  • 6. For Sandwich, in a mixing bowl add chopped cucumber, onion & grated carrot.
  • 7. Now cut the sandwich base from the centre & open it.
  • 8. Apply tomato sauce on it . Put sandwich mixture over it.Sprinkle salt & chaat masala.
  • 9. Finally cover the sandwich mixture with lots cheese.
  • 10. Cover it & cook it in low till it turns crispy. Sprinkle coriander leaves & origano.
  • 11. Enjoy hot.
