Hello guys how many of u say no to pizza??? I am sure no one, but even we loved it most but can't eat every time or every day but we have to look after health as well.so here I come with a most healthy and delicious recipe which is to easy to digest and won't harm to our health.very easy and with the new taste, we are going to make it.i have given desi taste to pizza which everyone going to loved it. as the doctor says that eating too much all-purpose flour is harmful to the body so I thought let's try it with some other flour so I have tried with jawar flour for a pizza base and applied homemade things to make it yummy. As most people are having acidity problem with maida (all-purpose flour)so they always keep themselves away from such things. but here we all know that jawar flour is very easy to digest and there is no side effect of it.so just keeping in mind health and this contest regarding fun with flour I try to make everyone happy that they can eat and enjoy this pizza without worry. you no need to worry about ingredients in this lockdown time. pizza will become magically tasty with home ingredients itself. Not using oven less of oil it's going to become so yummy.so let's make it "Desi twist pizza"

Knead dough with lukewarm water only otherwise, flour will get cracked while making base. If u are not sure to shift pizza base board to tawa so make all preparation on tawa it self but on cool tawa not pre heated. procedure will remain same.

Ingredients For Desi Twist Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take kadai put on high flame, add 2 spoon oil.
  • 2. Add mustard seeds, let it crack, add cumin seeds.
  • 3. Now add small chopped cauliflower and fry it, add salt as per taste.
  • 4. Cook it for 5 min by covering from the top.
  • 5. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and chilli powder, and mix it well.
  • 6. Don't over cook and get it down from flame. let it cool.
  • 7. Now take jowar flour in bowl, add small small portion of lukewarm water.
  • 8. Knead dough, f you make jowar flour roti, you have to knead dough same as it is.
  • 9. Now spread some jowar flour on board and make 2 divided portion of flour.
  • 10. Take 1 portion, make ball, and by hand itself make it flat round like chapati.
  • 11. Don't flat it so thin or so thick, approx 9 inch in size and half in thick.
  • 12. Now take our mixture of cauliflower, mash it properly.
  • 13. Now apply 1 spoon tomato ketchup on base of jowar. spread it all over it.
  • 14. Now apply 1 spoon of shezwan chatani and spread it all over.
  • 15. Now take mixture of cauliflower and spread it.
  • 16. Now spread lots of grated cheese, and keep some onion slices on it.
  • 17. Take tawa keep on medium flame. Apply oil on it, apply half spoon of herbs and spread it all over tawa.
  • 18. Now very carefully shift our pizza on tawa. Turn flame on slow. Cover it with top.
  • 19. Cook for 5 minutes on slow flame, and rest of the 2 minute on medium flame.
  • 20. Now take out from tawa, spread some cheese on it, and serve hot.
  • 21. With tomato sauce. if u want spread some herbs or chili flakes.
  • 22. Repeat same procedure with rest 1 portion of jowar balls and make pizza.
