Hello guys how many of u say no to pizza??? I am sure no one, but even we loved it most but can't eat every time or every day but we have to look after health as well.so here I come with a most healthy and delicious recipe which is to easy to digest and won't harm to our health.very easy and with the new taste, we are going to make it.i have given desi taste to pizza which everyone going to loved it. as the doctor says that eating too much all-purpose flour is harmful to the body so I thought let's try it with some other flour so I have tried with jawar flour for a pizza base and applied homemade things to make it yummy. As most people are having acidity problem with maida (all-purpose flour)so they always keep themselves away from such things. but here we all know that jawar flour is very easy to digest and there is no side effect of it.so just keeping in mind health and this contest regarding fun with flour I try to make everyone happy that they can eat and enjoy this pizza without worry. you no need to worry about ingredients in this lockdown time. pizza will become magically tasty with home ingredients itself. Not using oven less of oil it's going to become so yummy.so let's make it "Desi twist pizza"
Knead dough with lukewarm water only otherwise, flour will get cracked while making base. If u are not sure to shift pizza base board to tawa so make all preparation on tawa it self but on cool tawa not pre heated. procedure will remain same.
