Ingredients For DHABA STYLE ALOO GOBHI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil the potato in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Firstly chop cauliflower and wash it.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the cauliflower and strain in a paper napkin.
  • 4. Now fry the boiled potato and strain it.
  • 5. Make the paste of chopped onion,ginger garlic,cumin seeds,cloves,whole black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom.
  • 6. Again heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle.Add onion paste and fry till light brown.
  • 7. Add tomato and add some water n saute for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
  • 8. Fry the spices till oil starts to leave the sides.
  • 9. Add cauliflower pieces, potato ,green chilly and stir fry.
  • 10. Add 1 cup of water, salt for gravy and boil it.
  • 11. Then cover with a lid and simmer the gas till the veggies are cooked.
  • 12. Ganish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapties.
