Ingredients For DHABA STYLE PANEER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat one cup water in a pan.
  • 2. Add cashew nuts,cloves,ginger garlic,whole black pepper,cinnamon,cardamom and tomato.
  • 3. Bring to boil,once boiled turn off the flame and make a paste.
  • 4. Heat butter in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle.
  • 5. Add onion paste and saute for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • 6. Add red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,kashmiri mirch powder and mix it well.
  • 7. Add cashew and tomato paste and saute until oil leaves the pan.
  • 8. Add green chilly,salt and sugar and mix well.
  • 9. Add one cup of water and bring to boil.
  • 10. Once boiled add paneer cubes and shredded paneer and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • 11. Serve with fried rice,salad and chapatis.
