Methods
  • 1. Take a cooker keep it on medium flame, pour water into the cooker put the potato inside the water then boil the potato and off the flame after 4 whistle
  • 2. Let the potato get warm then peel the potato.
  • 3. Next keep pan on medium flame, pour ghee into pan let it get heat once its heated
  • 4. Add jeera, green chill chopped, green peas, cardamom then fry in a low flame.
  • 5. Next add the smashed potato into the fried ingredients.
  • 6. Next add Coriander powder, red chilly powder and Garam masala in it.
  • 7. After 5 minutes add water.Boil it for 10 minutes.
  • 8. Next add chopped coriander leaves
  • 9. Switch Off the flame and Serve.
