Methods
  • 1. Cream the butter and the sugar till pale and fluffy.
  • 2. Beat the eggs, and gradually pour them into the egg and sugar base while creaming.
  • 3. Now, mix the the flour, leaving a fistful aside, and the baking powder together, and add them in the above creamed mixture, and cream them.
  • 4. Now take the fistful flour and mix them in the dry fruits so that it does not settle in the bottom.
  • 5. Add in the dusted dry fruits in the batter, and put it to bake at 180 degree Celsius for 35 minutes.
  • 6. Once baked demould the cake in a wire rack, and let it cool.
  • 7. The dry fruit cake now ready to serve.
