Methods
  • 1. Fry the onion.
  • 2. Grate the boiled eggs and boiled potatoes.
  • 3. Take a large bowl add all above listed ingredients and mix it well.
  • 4. Make a dough and divide the dough into balls.
  • 5. Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 6. All the balls are made in the same way.
  • 7. Dip into the beaten egg and coat with bread crumbs.
  • 8. Keep in the fridge for an hour
  • 9. Heat clarified butter in a pan and shallow fry until golden brown.from both the sides.
