Ingredients For Egg Roll

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of flour,salt, 1tspn oil & required hot water.Make a soft dough of it.
  • 2. Take small portion from dough & roll it with the help of roller pin.
  • 3. Heat a flat tawa, brush 1tspn oil & slightly roast the roti from both sides.Take out from tawa.
  • 4. In a bowl mix broken egg, salt, turmeric powder & red chilli powder.Beat it well.
  • 5. Again brush the tawa & spread the egg mixture.Cook it in medium flame.
  • 6. When the egg is cooked from lower side, put the roasted roti on the top of egg.
  • 7. Now flip the roti with egg mixture & cook it from roti side.
  • 8. Cook it till crisp.
  • 9. Take out the egg roll from gas now.
  • 10. Take a serving plate now.Put the egg roll there.
  • 11. Spread tomato chilli sauce over it.Spread chopped onion, cucumber in the centre of the roll.Sprinkle chaat masala.
  • 12. Now take a tissue paper & wrap the egg roll.
  • 13. Enjoy it..
