Ingredients For EGG ROLLS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a kneading bowl mix all purpose flour,carom seeds and salt with small amount of water to make a soft dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Divide the dough into round balls,roll out dough into thin circle with the help of rolling pin.
  • 3. Heat the pan on a medium flame and make a chapati.
  • 4. In a bowl beat one egg and mix salt and pepper.
  • 5. Heat clarified butter in a pan spread the egg and place the chapati over the egg and press it.
  • 6. Spread some clarified butter on it.
  • 7. Flip over and cook on the other side.
  • 8. Place the onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves on the egg side facing and fold it,make a roll.
  • 9. Serve hot.
