Methods

How to make Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe

1. Line 6" inch cake pan with parchment paper and keep aside.
2. Preheat oven at 180*c for 10 minutes.
3. In a bowl sift flour,sugar,baking soda,cocoa-powder and salt.
4. In another bowl add milk/water,vinegar,oil,vanilla essence and mix until all the ingredients combined well.
5. Now add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until batter is smooth.
6. Add white chocolate chips to the batter and mix with light hands.Do not over mix the batter.
7. Pour the batter into lined cake pan and bake for 15 -20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.
8. Take cake out of oven and set aside to cool down completely before slicing.
