Ingredients For Farali tacos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix all the flours, salt, 2 tbsp of oil and water. And knead the soft dough.
  • 2. Make small small roti from the dough and roast them on tawa over medium flame both the sides.
  • 3. Keep aside.
  • 4. Peel the suran and cut into small cubes. Wash properly.
  • 5. Then pressure cook with enough water for 2 whistles or until cooked.
  • 6. Drain the water and keep the boiled suran aside.
  • 7. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin powder, Ginger green chili paste and peanut powder.Saute them for 30 seconds.
  • 8. Stirring constantly fry for a minute.
  • 9. Add suran. Add salt and pepper powder. Saute well for 2 minutes.
  • 10. Remove from the flame.Keep aside.
  • 11. Now take one farali roti. Spread 1 of tbsp suran stuffing on half of the roti portion and fold it with another portion of farali roti.
  • 12. Repeat this process to make other 🌮 tacos.
  • 13. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and roast all the farali tacos with ghee or oil from both the sides.
  • 14. Garnish with grated paneer and pomagranate.
  • 15. Serve hot with green chutney or curd...
