Here I have made a very beautifull fish style bread which ur kids will love it and I used filling of potato and some spices.it so yummii and attractive.

Ingredients For Fish Style Potato Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add milk ,yeast powder,salt,sugar and 1 spoon oil mix it well keep it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Add flour and milk powder and knead dough not so smooth not so hard apply oil and keep it in rest for 1 hour.
  • 3. Take kadai add 2 spoon oil add cumin seeds and chopped onion fry till get golden.
  • 4. Add turmeric powder and chilli powder now add smashed potato in it.
  • 5. Add salt and garam masala add kasuri methi and mix it for 2 minutes.
  • 6. Get off from flame and let it get cool.
  • 7. After an hour take dough spread some flour on board and knead it for 5 minutes.
  • 8. Divide in 4 equal portion make balls of them.
  • 9. Take 1 ball spread some flour on board and flatten it 4-5 cm in oval shape.
  • 10. Keep potato mixture in centre in long way too to end.
  • 11. Now cut side portion in thin lines from both of side and it should be equal so it won't get problem to shape like fish.
  • 12. Now start shaping it one side cut line keep on another side and second sides cut part keep on 1 side so it will look like. same as fish
  • 13. Start from top to end. In ending I have kept portion just like fish tail.
  • 14. On top side which is face of fish just put cloves as eye.
  • 15. Brush egg yolk on fish and spread some sesame seeds on it.
  • 16. Make all fish same as above .Apply butter on tray keep all bread fish on it.
  • 17. Pre heat oven for 5 minutes and bake it for 15 minutes on 180 degree. Bake it from upper side also for 2 minutes.
  • 18. Serve it with ketchup or any chatani.
