Ingredients For focaccia bread

Methods
  • 1. take a bowl add yeast
  • 2. sugar and dissolve in 2tbsp warm water.keep aside for 2 minutes.
  • 3. now take all purpose flour in a big bowl.add butter garlic
  • 4. half of oregano
  • 5. chilli flakes and salt.
  • 6. now add yeast water to the flour and add required milk to make a sticky dough.on the clean kitchen plateform place the prepared dough.add little oil and do stretch and fold gently till it comes together and looks as a soft dough.
  • 7. keep aside the dough in warm place for 30 minutes or double in size.
  • 8. after half an hour take dough and flatten it .place in a greased baking container.press with fingers gently and spread it in container.
  • 9. now grease fingers and place onion and capsicum slices on it and press lightly.spread cheese
  • 10. oregano
  • 11. chilli flakes on it.keep aside for another 10 minutes.
  • 12. place it in preheated oven at 160° and bake it on 160° for 20 minutes or till brown on the top.
  • 13. after bake the bread keep it cover with damp cloth for 10-15 minutes and than remove from the container.this process will help to make bread more moist and soft.ready to enjoy.
