Methods
  • 1. mix in the flour and semolina with salt on a counter with a fork.
  • 2. Make a well in the dry mixture.
  • 3. Slowly add the olive oil and mix it in.
  • 4. Then start adding the water very slowly while mixing.
  • 5. Form a soft dough but do not need it for more than 5 mins because we don't want the gluten to overdevelop.
  • 6. Rest the Dough Ball cover in plastic wrap for 30-40 minutes.
  • 7. After resting cut the dough into equal dough balls.
  • 8. Using a rolling pin to spread the dough into a sheet.
  • 9. Cut long and slim pasta sheets for any kind of pasta.
  • 10. When boiling keep an eye on it because it takes approximately 2-4 minutes.
