Gajar Ka Halwa is a very classic North Indian dessert which can be seen made in almost all household during Winter's. And Cheesecake, on the other hand, is a super delicious dessert which is often considered a part of American cooking. It can be Baked or No-Baked. Henceforth I have tried to combine these two which is giving an Indian Touch to a Western Dessert. This is a no-baked version without the use of Gelatin or Agar-Agar or China Grass. Very easily can made.
Use full fat milk for making gajar ka halwa which gives it good taste and texture. As I have used in diary whipping cream which is already semi sweetened so I didn't add in castor sugar while whipping the cream. You can always adjust the sugar level in your dessert as per your choice.
