Ingredients For Ganoa Sponge Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree for 10 min.
  • 2. Beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy, then add oil and beat again.
  • 3. In another bowl mix dry ingredients i.e. flour and baking powder.
  • 4. Now add dry ingredients in eggs mixture. Gently fold by cut and fold method.
  • 5. Pour the cake mixture in cake mould and bake it at 160 degree C for 20-25 min.
  • 6. Remove from the oven and cool it on cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.
