Take a bowl add milk+ yeast+ sugar mix and cover with a plate for the yeast to activate for 5 minutes. Now remove the plate add 3 tbsp of butter 2 tsp of garlic cloves finely chopped 1 tbsp of oil salt pepper half of the oregano mixed herbs and red chilli flakes each now. Add water to knead the dough don't worry if the dough is sticky cover the dough with a cling film for 2 hours or till the dough doubles. Meantime prepare the garlic butter for this take 1 tbsp of melted butter to it add 1 tsp of garlic cloves and coriander leaves mix and keep aside. When the dough doubles divide it into two portions take one portion spread it around with your fingers apply garlic butter on half side of the rolled out dough sprinkle red chilli flakes, oregano and mixed herbs cover with the other side of the rolled out dough spread a little garlic butter on top also. Repeat the same process with the other portion of the dough. Bake keep this bread on a greased baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.
